We accept Mastercard or Visa credit cards. The card must be in the buyer's

General Information:
Sales on an Exchange basis
Some remanufactured products such as: a/c compressors, steering racks and pumps,
typically require a "core" to be returned to us. For example if you
are buying a remanufactured steering rack then we will be shipping one
of our racks to you from our stock and you will pay a core deposit which
is refundable after you return a rebuildable core back to us. Therefore
there is an "exchange". You do not have to ship your core to
us beforehand unless you want your original part remanufactured or the
part is a special non-stock item. Not all remanufactured products we market
require core returns or core deposits, however Ask Us please.
Pricing
When you contact us we will quote you the: cost for the item, the core
deposit (where applicable; if there is one needed) and shipping charges.
Cores
"Good quality" cores help make a high quality remanufactured product. At
Griffiths Tech we thoroughly screen all cores to insure that the remanufacturing
process starts correctly. If you are considering purchasing a remanufactured
part on our exchange program, please feel free to ask about the conditions
to be expected. After you return your old rebuildable core to us we will
promptly inspect the core to determine if it is rebuildable. When your
core passes inspection we will refund your core deposit via a business
check, usually within 30 business days of receipt of your core. If you
wish we offer a Call Tag service (extra shipping charges apply) through
UPS, whereby UPS will pick up your core and return it to Griffiths.

Shipping Methods
We normally ship via UPS Ground service. If you like we can ship
UPS Overnight (referred to as "next day" or "red"), UPS 2nd Day (referred
to as "blue"), or UPS 3 day (referred to as "3 day select").
Please advise us how quickly you wish to have your new purchase delivered
to you and we will help determine the most efficient shipping method. Unless
otherwise stated, all shipments are made via "Ground" delivery, F.O.B.
origin and exworks, insured.
Limited Warranties
We take pride in supplying you OEM Factory Quality products. The
majority of our products are covered by our limited warranty. For details
concerning product warranties please refer to our Terms & Conditions
Agreement.
Technical Advice
We offer advise, recommendations and technical assistance for products and services which we offer. We generally do not offer advise, recommendations or technical assistance for products which we do no offer or which were not purchased from our firm.
