What Is Trig
This very unique solid brass hand polished precision instrument helps
improve golf drives. The Trig is designed and manufactured in the U.S.A.
It's a beautiful brass pocket piece with an emerald green bullseye that
precisely aligns the golf tee ... providing for the perfect tee-off. Trig
helps to straighten out the flight path of the golf ball and reduces golf
scores. Trig is quick and easy to use as "1-2-Tee" and it makes for the
perfect gift for beginners, pro's and friends. And.... what a conversation piece! If you'd like something truly interesting to start off a conversation just put the Trig on the table and ask your
quests "can you guess what this is?".
The perfect gift for any occasion: Birthdays, Fathers Day, holiday gift,
business, or a door opening premium.
How To Use The Trig
It's simple and quick. Use Trig to push the tee into the turf (Trig's unique patented shape makes golf tee placement easy). Tilt the Trig & tee forward toward your target until the bubble indicator splits the line and touches the case. Remove and pocket your Trig. Place your favorite golf ball on the tee and you're all set for a great golf shot!

When the golf ball is hit off the tee, the edge of the tee deflects
the golf ball. This deflection causes the ball to go right or left of your
target adding more strokes to your golf score. Trig precisely aligns the
golf tee so there is little or no tee-edge deflection. Trig does this quickly
and with precision. Trig helps to eliminate unknown hooking and slicing.
How Does Trig Work (detailed explanation)
The name "Trig" was derived from the concept in trigonometry called
the trigonometric function. Using the trig function we can calculate how
many yards the golf ball will be off-target when it is not properly aligned.
For instance, if your golf tee's angle of deflection is 10 degrees and
you hit a 200 yard drive, the ball would be off-target 35.3 yards (that
means another stroke on the score card). The formula to calculate this
is as follows: "a = b x tan A", where as "a" is the unknown yardage you
are off-target, "b" is the distance of your drive and "tan A" is the tangent
of 10 degrees or .17633. Putting it all together looks like this: 35.3=
200 x .17633. If you add spin to the ball, created when the club face does
not hit the ball squarely, the combination of tee-deflection and spin can
do severe damage to any golf shot.
